     One of the strands to take in Senior High School is the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). It is an academic track that  has specialized subjects including Calculus, General Chemistry, General Physics, and General Biology. Depending on your chosen course for college, STEM will be very useful to take. STEM strand is the deliberate integration of science, technology, engineering, mathematics, and related practices to create a student-centered learning environment in which students investigate and design solutions to problems, as well as compose substantial proof interpretations of true occurrences. 

          Some high school graduates take different paths after high school and it is totally okay. However, it is much better to use the strand one took during high school because it is of great assistance once in college. A big percentage of the youth today do not know what to take or what they want to pursue in the future so here are some college courses to take if you have been in STEM:

         Other students may say studying is very difficult especially taking STEM because if its specialized subjects but if you really like what you are doing, things well not be a very heavy burden at all. STEM teaches the students to think more logically and critically. The first step to success if to choose what you want most. If taking STEM will help you in college and pursue your dreams then take it! Be one of the creative leaders of tomorrow to create a world that never was.
